Here's a great no sew project for old t-shirts.
Everyone needs a good scarf. We have a couple of scarves made here which we're going to
show you how to create. This is a great project for those old team t-shirts you have lying
around. Or if you have something fun with a good print it makes a really cute accessory.
These fringed scarves are so cute in the summer paired with a tank top. Or you could use a
heavier fabric in the winter to make something a little bit warmer and season appropriate.
To make this fringed t-shirt scarf you're going to need of course a t-shirt. When picking
your t-shirt there are a couple of things to think about.
First the size. We're using a large t-shirt today which makes a great scarf because you
can double it as you can see here. I can wear it either long or doubled for a shorter scarf.
Another thing to think about is color. This t-shirt is really fun because as you can see
we've got two different prints which will make for a really interesting fun accessory.
We're going to be cutting our t-shirt across the width. So, just know that if you're using
a smaller size t-shirt the circle of the scarf is going to be smaller because you're going
to be in closer to the middle. Versus a larger t-shirt. You're going to have more room for
a longer scarf.
Okay. Now let's get started cutting.
