Whipped shea butter has even more uses than just regular shea butter because whipped shea
butter, being that it's whipped, allows you to disperse the product more evenly and use
it more liberally than you might trying to use the semi-solid form right out of the jar
the way that it naturally occurs. You can whip it with basically a stand mixer, an electric
mixer, even with a fork, and once it's whipped you basically have all the benefits of shea
butter: rich in vitamin A, vitamin E, all the natural fatty acids, the deeper level
of hydration, the long lasting hydration to the skin, but in the whipped form it's much
easier to apply all over the body. Whipping shea butter also allows you to add natural
fragrances like essential oils or add natural ingredients like tea tree oil that you might
want to add if you're using it as a skin preparation for the face. So, just by whipping it you're
allowing a little bit more air to get into it and allowing any added ingredients to also
disperse more evenly. So whipped shea butter just like shea butter is an amazing skin moisturizer
for the face, for the body, it's non-comedogenic, it's lightweight but long lasting hydration,
and by being whipped, you can use it a lot more easily.
