Hello everybody! We meet again today for a new video on the No Pain No Game channel,
for the second part of the tutorial, still with kennyS,
still with the AWP, and still on inferno! What are we gonna see today Kenny?
One of my specialities! Important picks for a sniper,
especially on inferno.
Let's see that right now!
We'll start with my favorite part,
it's my speciality: aggressive picks.
There are a lot of possibilities.
Especially when you have a good spawn.
There is this spawn here,
this one, and this one.
Those two are very useful
and this spawn here
permits you to do this pick here.
I'll show you how I do it:
so when I arrive banana, I look down
to avoid the flashes
and I pick like that.
In this timing
He didn't cross yet, or maybe he's in front of you.
If you see nothing
pick the second line
which is very advantageous for you cause in theory, they are running under the arches.
They run straight
and you see them more than they see you.
The downside of this line is that, in a hurry
because that's a warm zone
and the aim is to kill your opponent
as fast as you can,
that you hit him through a wall.
He's low life, you did half your duty.
It's something that is really important in a round
(shox) I'm 20hp
He's 20hp, it's like I killed him. He's pretty much useless for this round.
Here is a very warm zone, where a revenge is most likely to happen.
So everytime you pick,
after each bullet, you have to retreat.
This pick needs a support
You'll need at least one person
that will either
have a flash or a weapon in hand in case they push you.
In some cases, you always need to have a mate with you,
to have support.
Richard, let's do a basic action
So here I pick
and Richard has a flash in his hand.
Whatever happens, after I shoot, he will flash
so that you can escape.
Or he has a weapon in hand.
But anyway, the flash is pretty much the safest option.
For example on overpass, middle,
when you go and pick T stairs,
after you shoot,
there's always gonna be a mate ready
to flash above
to allow you to peacefully come back.
If I have a gun in my hands, the best is
to be "head in the wall"
because if my mate gets blinded and pushed,
if I'm behind him, just with my weapon, I'll get flashed too.
We'd both be blind
and in this case,
it's useless and we're both gonna die.
So either when I'm white, I counter-flash
so that we can both backup
either if he's white, the fact I'm with my weapon against the wall,
He says "I'm white"
Hop I pick and I save him.
Another pick that I like too:
you have to have a really good spawn,
so here, in this area,
it's the second-mid pick
So here I wait,
I ask for a flash
FLASH! (shox) Flashing!
I go in boiler (shox) White!
and I pick this area.
It's the kind of area you can't pick twice in a row or you're dead.
The nice thing is, even if you miss your shot
in both case, you have information
on how many people are in the area,
so on the number of people that might come up apps,
or on the number of people that might start a tactic
from here.
Another pick possible with this spawn,
or this spawn,
is the pick apps.
So this pick requires a lot more support from your mates.
That's a setup that is fully based on A
meaning that the three players are involved.
Me I'm the awper, so I need to be able to hear.
I go there, and directly hold the line.
I hold a quite opened line
and, in general, I grab a kill
that comes from here.
What I ask my mates is that
one goes boiler,
and the other one takes short,
and the back of the boiler guy.
The aim of the boiler guy is to handle the terrorists who jump balcony.
(shox) He can stay there actually, no?
(shox) he's not scared cause you cover him,
(shox) and the aim is that he kills a terro coming balcony.
Yes, exactly.
But in any case, there is no risk because
I am the first "obstacle"
and I have a quite pushed line to cover you.
(shox) Ok.
Another thing,
The terrorists, when they come up mid
they often smoke long.
So you have two solutions:
Either you go back to a position that would help your mates,
or you take the risk to stay
and hold this position
in a sense where,
if the terrorists know you shift a lot
they can run through the smoke and surprise you.
What I like to do
is to wait that the smoke fades out,
wait for my mate to come back close to me
so that he can revenge
and, my techique is to, after the smoke,
pick the first line here
then the second one here,
and in general, there are a lot of inattentive terrorists here
so it's really easy to do that
grab a kill and go back,
and at this moment to hold back the line I showed you.
(shox) Considering that, at worst
(shox) your mate is here
(shox) Me I'm here to cover you with the M4
(shox) and if they run towards you, if they expect to find you there,
(shox) they won't expect me to be here.
Other scenario:
Smoke here, retake of short,
and same way,
there's a lot of possibilities to retake short, but my favorite way is:
my mate follows me
and I pick like that, I pick boiler, the lines like that
and I fully pick top mid
and considering we are two
we can really fight.
(shox) So I'm the one that has to stay behind
(shox) because you have the advantage with your awp
(shox) and they won't necessarily expect it at this moment of the round.
(shox) You retake when... how to say...
(shox) when they won't expect it, and you have an awp, first thing.
(shox) Second thing: either that you pick or not, if you shoot, you step back.
(shox) and if they want to push you, I'll be there,
(shox) hidding, I'll save you and have freekills.
(kennyS) Here!
