What are you going to make? Carom Leaf Chutney
Ingredients required to make Carom Leaf Chutney
Carom Leaves (Vamu Aakulu), Coriander Seeds, Caraway Seeds, Tamarind, White Lentils, Bengal Gram, Dry Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Salt, Oil
First, take a pan and heat some oil
Add 1 tbsp of bengal gram, 1 tbsp white lentils
Add a spoon of coriander seeds, 1 tbsp caraway seeds
Remove the pan and keep the fried seeds aside
Heat some oil in the pan and add some dry red chillies
Keep the fried chillies aside
Again, heat some oil and fry the carom leaves
Grind the fried seeds with some tamarind, salt
Add th fried leaves and grind them also
Now, take a pan and heat some oil
Add some white lentil, caraway seeds, dry red chillies
Add some curry leaves
Add the ground chutney into the pan and fry it a little
Take it in a serving bowl
