In this next clip I'm going to turn off the oven because the apples, the celery and the
onion are done sautiing. I'm going to take it over here and I'm going to add it to the
breadcrumbs and the cranberries. And you're going to mix it with your hands. The celery
and the apples and onions might be a little hot so be careful. You're going to make sure
the bread feels a smidge mushy so it'll cook right in the oven. After you feel you have
it cooked and mixed well enough we're going to add it to the greased pan. You want to
spread it so it can all equally cook.
Flatten it out so it's all a controlled area. So it'll cook all evenly. We're going to take
the foil and place it over. Just helps it cook a little better. And we're going to take
it to the oven that we've been preheating for about 20 minutes. I don't think you'll
quite need it that long. And remember it will need to be on 320 degrees. And then you're
going to set your timer for 20 minutes. And then you've got to wait for it to be done.
