My name is Latoiya and I'm in the world service center for client relations.
My job is to basically answer the phones and handle any benefit questions
you know, claim statuses, general detail about policies and policy holders.
I actually had someone call about an hour or so ago
and they'd called previously to checks status and benefits- general information-
but this time he was a little bit more confused about the deductibles and coinsurance
which is something that, as far as common knowledge goes,
isn't something that everyone is versed in.
It really helped to be able to simplify it for him, and for him being a business owner
was also able to
submit that information to his clients and his employees to help simplify it for them.
I think that's why I come in every day- I'm able to take something that's
complicated in general- something that, if you're outside the insurance world,
you wouldn't know- and I get to simplify that and help people out every day.
I like it! That's what I'm here for.
