Hello everyone!
We are a manufacturer of a device called OFFADBLUE
It is used to switch off the SCR sytem in a truck (Selective Catalic Reduction System) Specifically, the AdBlue urea dosing system.
The device can be programmed to work with any brand of truck by the use of the programming unit
The OFFADBLUE device is connected to the programming unit as follows.
pink wire to the pink cable,
gray wire to the gray cable,
brown wire combine to the brown cable,
and white wire with the white cable.
Then, the set must be connected to your PC by using a USB connection socket.
Green LED on the programming unit indicates a correct connection.
When the programming unit is connected to a PC you can run the included software,
then click on the "connection" tab in the taskbar
As the default selection we have selected DAF trucks.
You have the option of entering the VIN number, now I'm entering an exemplary body number.
We can also change the level of AdBlue liquid, which will be displayed on the dashboard of the truck.
Now i just set it to 50%.
The additional functions offered by the program allow you to see how to physically install the OFFADBLUE device.
I mean where it should be connected and which fuses should be removed from the truck.
Clicking on the tab on the top bar "PDF instalation manual" will run a PDF file with more detailed instructions.
Now, I'm selecting a different model of DAF trucks, which is DAF LF. We have a similar situation. There is also information about the installation in a MAN truck.
We can also change the AdBlue urea level, we have some information where to install the OFFADBLUE device.
For Volvo trucks , the situation is also similar, we have the option to change different parameters of the SCR system , i mean the parameters of the AdBlue pump.
There is also option to draw up a VIN number.
The device also has a locking function. How does it work?
by clicking on the tab "Settings" then you run the option, which prevents access to the device for unauthorized system users via password entry.
The device can also be programmed to have a time limit
For example, after one hundred hours of operation the OFFADBLUE device will stop working, requiring the customer to return to the service point and
pay an overdue invoice.
Thank you for your attention!
