WoW PvP Gear changes, a new pegasus mount coming in patch 5.3, and NaNiwa continues
to dominate the Swedish StarCraft 2 scene. Hey guys, I'm Jess, and this is Blizzard
News.
5.3's hitting the PTR soon, so Blizzard's been giving us more and more details about
what we'll see in the patch. Last week, they described the changes it would bring
to PVP gear, continuing with the trend of narrowing the gap between PVP and PVE gear.
For instance, Resilience will be removed from all PVP gear, but players level 85 and up
will have their base resilience set to 65%. And players will still be able to use resilience
gems and enchants. But the so-called Big Change is that they're adding an item level ceiling
of 496 to all gear in Battlegrounds and Arenas.
Moving on, clever internet users have dug up images and videos of the awesome-looking
pegasus mount supposedly coming in patch 5.3. There's a red version and a blue version,
which means there's a chance it could be one of the new PVP cosmetic rewards. I'm
gonna be really disappointed if that was just an April Fool's joke...
Over to StarCraft news - NaNiwa took home the win at the svecup LAN qualifiers, beating
out StarNaN and MorroW 3-0 each. He'll be returning to Korea tomorrow, but when asked where he'll
be staying, he declined to answer - leading to speculation that he signed with a new team
and will be staying with them.
Finally, back to WoW news because we just couldn't let you miss this offer. This week
only, Little Rangaros - excuse me, Lil' Rangaros, the pet you can cook on - is on sale, 50%
off.
***'.
Well, that's all the Blizz news we have for you, but thanks for watching, enjoy the game.
