The ingredients to prepare this recipe of Cantonese rice for 6 persons are: 400gr of
long rice, 150gr of frozen peas, 2 slices of fully cooked ham, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons
of oil, 1liter of milk, 75 cl of water and a pinch of salt
Boil the water in a pan with a pinch of salt and the oil
