One of the advantages of the Business Honor's Program is the small class sizes.
Our business professors have used this to their advantage
and implemented special projects
for us to show our leadership in our community and even on campus.
One of my favorite projects was being allowed to make a marketing brochure
for the incoming freshmen.
A lot of us when we take all these classes together we tend to form a really close
bond with each other, and
because of that we go out together and we plan a lof of the events.
Some of those events include
Game Night, where we'll just get together and play board games-maybe at
someone's house or
in an area where we can all get together
sometimes we go out and play soccer together, you know, or other sports.
We always seem to be a pretty athletic group.
Some of the bigger things we've done- we've got a group of about thirty or so
people we all carpool it up to Big Bear, and
we went up there, we went snow boarding, we got a big cabin, we stayed
there for about three days or so.
We had a great time.
And then, you know, even at the end of the year we try to throw some kind of banquet or
something.
The last one we had was actually on a yacht.
And, you know, we all got dressed up and
we just had kind of like a dance kind of thing, but it was on a yacht
so we called it a dance party on a yacht.
Being in a small class size really allows you to build connections with individuals
and and I met some of my best friends college, I can rely on them to do
so many things, like help me out with school work,
help me out when I need help with a school organization,
and another thing about being in a Business Honor's Program
is allows you to meet individuals such as Steven Mihaylo.
Being in the Business Honor's Program has given me a lot of great experience.
One in particular experience that has helped me with is that of networking. The Business
Honor's Program provides a lot of networking events where we can talk to
professionals and learn about the enviornments that they work in.
