Okay, and we're going to add something that's a little unusual. I've got some stewed figs
and prunes. I know you're thinking figs and prunes, wait till you taste it, it's fabulous.
So two prunes, one fig. They've been stewed and I'm just going to cut these down. And
they're going to give a really wonderful sweet flavor. I'm going to take this over and add
it to our mirapoux. Just setting it in and I just want to incorporate it. Incorporating
the flavor. Back on to the stove a little bit. And from here, we're going to add a little
bit of our wild rice. I'm grabbing our cooked wild rice.
Now this is more than what is going to fit into the chicken, so we'll have some on the
side of the chicken, which will be lovely. Once this is all mixed together, the flavors
are going to be fantastic.
