On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make carne
con papas. I want this onion really finely chopped. I want it chopped really fine, I
don't want to have thick pieces of onions in my recipe. For this we are going to go
ahead and cut it in really really small pieces like this. If you want you can use a blender
or you can use a food processor to cut your onions. Whatever works for you. I use a knife
just fine. So this is just a vegetable; I use a knife and cut it up really small. So
whatever you are comfortable with, you may use it as long as you use the whole onion
and cutting it really nice and small that is the important part of this whole recipe.
Make sure again you cut it really fine. Don't miss any of it. If you have small onions,
use 2 small onions, if you have a big one use 1 large onion.
