WE ALSO SPENT ABOUT $18,000
RENOVATING THE WHOLE REST OF THE HOUSE.
WE WERE ABLE TO ALSO BUY A LOT OF NEW FURNITURE,
OTHER THAN STUFF THAT WE'VE REPURPOSED FOR OUR OFFICES.
I LOVE THAT WE HAVE OUR OWN OFFICES.
IT IS NICE.

THAT WE'VE DONE TO THE HOUSE SINCE WE MOVED IN,
RESALE VALUE WOULD UP ABOUT $50,000 TO $70,000.

CONSIDERING THE SPACES WERE DESIGNED SEPARATELY,
THE LIVING ROOM AND THE KITCHEN,
SHIRRY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB OF, LIKE,
CREATING THIS REALLY NICE FLOW.
THEY'RE DEFINITELY TWO DIFFERENT SPACES,
BUT THEY FEEL LIKE THEY BELONG TOGETHER,
KIND OF LIKE YOU AND ME.
