just to start, just to let you know this is base on a 14th century model, and our belts
are made for people who are up to 54 inches in the waist. so if you're anywhere between
30 to 54 its fine, 30 as a matter of fact you have to shorten it a little. to do that
you just basically have to continue cutting the tongues basically. just split it in the
middle here with a knife, a sharp knife just be careful not to cut yourself and then you
can tighten it even more, or if you're a 30 inch waist which is rather small you can just
leave it hanging more here. now to tie it, its very simple. you basically take the tongues
and you put them through the throats of the sword belt. so basically take the top tongue
bring it through the top throat, bottom tongue through the bottom throat. once you have it
basically take both tongues and slide it under the belt. take both tongues and put them into
the loop. pulling in and downwards, and this is your traditional 14th century way of tying
a sword belt for swords.
