As the search for Malaysia Airlines flight 370 entered its sixth day on Thursday, new
images have surfaced that may provide fresh clues about the plane's whereabouts.
The satellite images, captured on March 9th, were posted late Wednesday on the website
of China's State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense.
They show what the site says are three large floating objects spread across a 20-square-kilometer
span of water... in the sea off the southern tip of Vietnam and east of Malaysia.
The Malaysian government said it has dispatched an aircraft to the site to investigate, however
officials say it is far from certain whether the three objects will be in the same location
now, as the satellite images were taken four days ago.
