A really great back lengthener is the Balasana pose, child's pose and also we take this into
scoops which is a real fun partner yoga pose. I'm gonna ask Willy to turn sideways, sit
on his knees and he's just gonna lay forward into child's pose. Now Willy can take his
hands either forward or back towards his heels, it?s up to him, personal preference. He is
now one scoop. I'm gonna come and place my knees on either side of Willy's spine and
take a child's pose myself becoming two scoops. So this should really help Willy's spine lengthen
out and should feel really good. How are we doing? Good. Is it good? Good. And this is
our two scoops, just breathing, letting your spine relax, letting the weight open up between
verba.
