Hi I'm Marlene Spiegel founding team leader from wildtree I'm here today on behalf of
expert village to show you how to make a wonderful pasta with a red bell pepper and onion sauce
well the sause is easy it comes in a jar by wildtree red bell pepper and onion. I'm just
going to pour that and have it heating as I make the pasta. I make home made pasta so
the ingredients I use are three eggs slightly beaten about two and a quarter cups of the
flour a quarter cup of the grape seed oil and a quarter cup of water. Now at the end
you may want to add a little bit more water depending on the texture but the texture should
be pretty much like this almost elastic and I do this all in my kitchen aid. I have a
dough book and so it really kneeds the dough and forms a nice ball with the dough and I
already made most of the pasta but I'm going to show you how I roll this and then we cut
it. First I Roll it real thick so were just going to put it right through here
and then were going to have to roll it one more time through there to Kneed it alittle
because it's been sitting. I made this about three hours ago and then I'm going to put
this like on a five to thin it out more then I'm going to take this off I've changed the
attachment to the noodle cutter so we can get nice fettichini size pasta and as you
can see you just run it right through and then I boil water add the pasta and it comes
out like this By this time of course our red bell pepper and onion sauce is heated through.
Quick and easy sauce. And were just going to pour some of this right over. And we'll
just mix it up a little bit with the fork till it gets through and Dinner this will
make twice this amount so you can have dinner for four Very easily that makes about two
pounds of pasta with three eggs.
