where are we anyway? well we're not in Massachusetts anymore
we're not in Connecticut anymore either that's right I drove about 800 miles
John drove about 600 miles out to a secret hide out somewhere in Ohio
so far that even my cell phone doesn't know what time it is
If you want to grill 70 pounds of chicken in one shot
you're going to need a redneck contraption we like to call the chicken flipper
oh look at that yeah
that's nice the chicken flipper also happens to double
as a medieval torture device what's that thing back there that looks like
a medieval torture device what is that thing?
right behind you there?
yeah that's a medieval torture device
(laughing) the real secret to this recipe is the marinade
make sure you marinade the chicken for a few hours before it goes on the grill
once the chicken starts cooking just keep your eye on it so it doesn't burn
and pour some of that marinade on between flips to keep it moist
John Joseph is going to give us a quick rundown of what goes into the marinade
it's, the marinade is one gallon of vinegar one quart oil, a pound of salt
one bottle of Worcestershire sauce so that's the start
and then you just mix that amount for the quantity
so there you go that's how to grill 70 pounds of chicken
so that's the chicken part of the 70 pounds of chicken that was
on the grill oh so good
very good stuff you gotta try some of this
show us how to bite that mmm
I always like to save the skin for last that is delicious
that's a medieval torture device (laughing)
so that's what you guys do down here in your spare time
we get misfits and derelicts take 'em up the holler
(hill billy speak) show 'em the error of their ways
