Hello my name is Scott Soller, Yoga Instructor. And I'm here on behalf of Expert Village.
The next pose. We roll back, chin tucked, and inhale, exhaling onto shoulders. You want
to bring, this is the shoulder stand, we bring the shoulder blades together. Hands to the
floating ribs at the kidney adrenals. Make sure your neck is protected beyond the shoulders,
tops of the shoulder blades. When the navel comes in, the tail tucks under, pointing the
toes to the sky. The arches of the feet are together, the shoulder blades going down into
the mat. Do your best to bring the elbows together. Hear the air swirling in the back
of the throat. To release the pose, slide the hands to the hips, bring the knees over
the eyes, lower down one vertebra at a time. You can bend the knees and rest.
