What do you think on number 4, your employee is not meeting the deadlines you established
for completing her reports.
You've extended the deadline a couple times but she always has some plausible reason why
the report is not completed.

It's because it's pertaining to their job.
>> A. Izard: Okay.
It's pertaining to their job.
This one is kind of a tricky one.
I think either answer might be correct on this one, but our book answer for us is, indeed,
performance.
But I think as you get into looking at this one, and when you see some of the more things
we're going to talk about today in our class, I think there's a fine line on this one.
There might be a variety of different reasons.
It probably is performance, but, you know, there may be some other issues as you get
into your investigate that you want to look at as far as how to deal with that issue.
