Wow, that looks delicious And when the broccoli is about like 50% cooked,
and then you turn off the heat and then you put the tofu that we just fried (Okay)

Mushroom seasoning Mushroom seasoning, all right, okay
1/2 teaspoon again (Okay.) Raw sugar, 1/2 teaspoon (All right.)
And then the soy sauce, about 1/2 teaspoon also (All right.)
And then we¡¦re going to use the oyster mushroom
This is Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce, oh okay
We¡¦re going to use 1/2 teaspoon again, so everything 1/2 teaspoon
Can I taste a little bit of this? Yeah You can also use more if you want
If you want it salty, you can put more soy sauce
How is it? Oh, that¡¦s delicious Isn¡¦t it? Kind of sweet and salty a little

Now we¡¦re going to turn up to high heat again
Just put a little bit of the water here, just tiny bit
So at this point, the tofu is strong enough, so it¡¦s not going to fall apart

If you use soft tofu you have to move it slowly Right, yeah, okay

So you cook about 5 minutes, around 5 minutes, everything

It¡¦s there, but it¡¦s not over powering, it just kind of augments the natural flavor
of the food, but it doesn¡¦t overpower at all; I really like that a lot, the seasoning

You can try a little bit of the rice too if you want
