Hi, I'm Beth Pry from Mindlinks on behalf of Expert Village and I have sitting here
deep in hypnosis, with me, Brad Brewer from the Brad Brewer Golf Academy and we are talking
about self hypnosis in this segment and we're talking about why it's important to press
down lightly on a body part once you've achieved the feeling state that you want to be in.
Once you have the feeling state that you want to be in, it's important to remind yourself
of that feeling state and where in your body you feel it deepest. In the last segment we
learned from Brad that where he feels, the best as a golfer, where in his body he feels
it is in his chest. So Brad, if you could just touch that part of your body where you
feel the most strength of feeling like your a competitive golfer. That you feel yourself
being fun loving and easy going. This is how, he presses down. He presses on this body part.
Now what's going to happen is after he's out of this hypnotic state and he's actually on
the golf course or he's doing any mental exercises on his own in the luxury of his own house,
or his office, or his car before a round he's going to want to press down on this body part
because this is the place that he has found has him feel the strongest about his golf
game. That this is where he feels like he can play competitively, he feels it most in
his chest. I know when you think of situations that you've had in your life, fun situations
or even negative situations, you can think where in your body you feel it the most. When
you're going down a roller coaster, instantly we all know the answer, where do I feel it
most when I'm going down on a roller coaster, ooh, we feel it in our stomach. So we know
we almost can anticipate going up the hill of a roller coaster and coming down that we're
going to feel it in our stomach. I bet you can feel it now even as I speak about it.
So for Brad, he feels his competitive golfing, being an excellent golfer, in his chest most
and that's why we press down lightly on that body part.
