hi my name is benjamin and in the next videos i want to share with you how did i lose 11
kg and 4 sizes in 5 months without any diet. I am 36 years old and didn't do anything for
15 years, not any sport, until few months ago I looked myself in the mirror and said
WTF that's enough! before my weight was 88 kg and size 36, the
truth I'm a short guy, 1.67 m and you can imagine how did I look with a 36 waist, like
a snowman!! so i put myself in the way, now my weight
is 77 kg, size 32 and keep going down. there are some stuff that helped me to lose
weight: 1. an agenda where I write the excercises
i do, the foods i eat and my measures. 2. a measure tape, every month i measure my
neck, my biceps, my waist and my calves, i do this every month, not every 3 days or every
week, just once a month to see the results. 3. comfortable clothes to do the excercises
i do, i'll show you in the next videos. 4. eggs, lot of them to eat.
and try to get better every day, it is not easy, i'm not saying that, it requires a lot
