[Anthony] Hi I'm Anthony from Huppin’s and I’ll be talking to you about the Canon PowerShot
Digital ELPH compact camera series from Canon. The ELPH series features 3 specific models,
the 100 HS, the 300 HS and the 500 HS. All three models have some key features in common
but I'll also discuss some key differences as well. One feature they all share is Canon’s
12.1-megapixel CMOS sensor. This sensor was designed specifically to give you better low
light shooting, for indoor photos, as well as outdoor photos with better clarity and
color accuracy. Other features in common include a high speed burst mode, this high speed burst
mode allows you to take 8.2 pictures a second, it also features a 1080p high definition video
mode, this video mode allows you to take great home videos but it’s also really easy to
use. Leading off Canon PowerShot Digital ELPH HS series is the 100 HS, this model features
a 4x optical zoom with optical image stabilization, as well as a 3-inch high resolution screen.
This model also includes the common HS feature of 32 shooting scenarios that allow you to
get more creative shots. Stepping up from the 100 HS is the 300 HS, this model features
a 2.7-inch high resolution screen, it also gives you a wider 5x optical zoom that wider
zoom makes this the worlds thinnest camera with a 24mm lens. Finally, stepping up to
the 500 HS gives you the most features, it has a 3.2-inch touch screen LCD display, it
also has a 4.4 optical zoom with optical image stabilization and a 2.0 maximum aperture on
the lens which allows more light in for better low light photos. I’m Anthony from Huppin’s
