Welcome back
As you know Chemistry is an interdisciplinary science
that’s why it qualified me to invade a diversity of industries
My first job experience was gained at
Kafr El Zayat Pesticides & Chemicals Company
There
I learnt what pesticides are
how they are formulated
how they work
and most importantly
which quality control tests are performed
to ensure they achieve optimal parameters
If you are interested to know more
I’d gladly send you a copy
of the report I made after the training
My next training was inside a medical lab
doing red & white blood cells counts
along with other common medical tests
After that
I was a trainee in an automotive coatings factory
I was assigned to monitor
the physical prosperities of the product
through tests like:
density, flow rate, solid content and gloss
It was a good chance to familiarize myself
with the world of paints
It's also worthy to mention that
I’d the luxury of having
different part time jobs
during my college years
I used to tutor some students of the chemistry department
in some courses like:
Volumetric Analysis,
Gravimetric Analysis,
Chromatography,
Reaction Mechanism,
Supramolecular Chemistry,
Hematology
& Crystallography
I also used to work as a computer instructor
preparing people to pass version 4 of
the International Computer Driving License modules
And finally...
I got my current job as a Research & Development specialist
working for “Delta Pharma”
which is a major Egyptian pharmaceuticals firm
these are just some of its products
It's an interesting job I've
I could call it what the German call
"Ein Traumberuf"
in my job I got really interesting tasks assigned to me
I’d mention for example
Formulating pharmaceuticals,
supervising production,
doing the chemical troubleshooting,
managing laboratories,
training juniors,
responding to customers' complaints
and so much more
Of course you are perfectly welcome
to check my paper resume for more details
