Hi, I'm Eugenie.
Yesterday I made caramel syrup and today I'm making two caramel Frappuccino:
Actually I will make two: one coffee-based and one cream-based frappuccino for children.
You will need, of course, espresso for coffee-based, and ice cream for cream-based one.
You can always find all my recipes on my blog: EugenieKitchen.com.
First, in a blender, I'm adding in 1 cup of ice cubes and 2 shots of cooled espresso.
You can also use 1/3 cup of strongly brewed coffee.
If you use Nespresso capsules like me, I recommend that you use capsules of mild intensity.
Then ½ cup of cold milk, any milk as you want.
And 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce. Check out my homemade caramel sauce video if you don't have one.
And 3 or 4 tablespoons of caramel syrup depending on your liking. Today I add 3 tablespoons only.
And just a pinch of xanthan gum, which is optional.
Actually these days I use Xanthan gum quite frequently because it is also used in milkshake, ice cream, and gluten-free cooking for better texture.
And blend. It should take about 30 seconds.
Voila, Caramel Frappuccino! Convenient homemade Starbucks fix at home.
And for finishing touch, I will top with whipped cream and drizzle homemade caramel sauce.
Icy Frappuccinos are the best summer treat.
In a blender, add in 1 cup of ice cubes,
2/3 cup of your choice of milk,
3 tablespoons of caramel syrup,
1 tablespoon of caramel sauce,
2 big scoops of vanilla ice cream,
if you don't have ice cream, half frozen milk or half and half works as well. I mean equally delicious. Just adjust the sugar amount to your liking.
And a pinch of Xanthan gum, which is optional.
And again blend. It should take about 30 seconds.
Voila, Cream based Frappuccino for children and adults alike.
And to serve, I am decorating with whipped cream and caramel sauce on top.
Everybody knows copycat recipes are not the original secret Starbucks recipes.
But making Frappuccino at home will save money, time, and yourself from the hot summer quickly and easily.
And here goes the question: Which one is for you?
Normally I prefer coffee but today I will choose cream because I already drank two cups of coffee earlier today.
And guys. Thank you so much for your generous support on Instagram. It was so happy, so there are 5 winners, instead of 3. Congratulations!

I'm eugeniekitchen on both Twitter and Instagram. The new contest will be announced in the next video.
I'm thinking one Nespresso machine for July.
Thank you for watching. Bye!
