Now we are going to do one more of really one more of my favorite stretches for your
hip flexors. What you are going to do is you are just going to start off, left leg out
and you are going to take your right leg bend it and bring it across and over and then you
are just going to wrap here around your knee, bring it up and make sure your back is up
straight and just come here and twist. You should feel this all the way up across this
way. Once again this stuff is important when you are going into your stance switches and
things like that. You'll find that a lot of your stance switches and you strikes will
come faster and more powerfully when you are nice and stretched out this way. So you are
just here and stretch out this way. Now we do it the same way going the opposite way
so we have our left leg out, or our right leg out, sorry and then our left leg crosses
over, wrap and we twist here. Make sure your chest is nice and up, you are all straight
and then here another variation you can kind of do to intensify this is take your leg that
is out and wrap it here. So now you look like this little pretzel. You are here, grab and
do the same thing, nice and up straight. Here you should feel this really intensely across
your gluts all the way up into the side of the leg here. That's another good hip flexor
exercise.
