So next we're actually going to focus on a smoothie. I've got some blueberries and strawberries
over here. Antioxidants are very important, they actually help fight radicals in the body.
So anytime that you may be on a liquid diet, if it's a matter of you trying to, you either
had heart surgery, your jaws wired shut or if you're not able to digest regular food.
It's really important that you have the proper food to nourish the body. So again depending
on what your needs are, you may need to add some protein in there. Cause protein is really
important especially to repair the body from any kind of trauma that it's going through.
And what I'm going to do is I'm going to add in some strawberries, some blueberries.
Again, you could add in raspberries, you could add in different kinds of fruits. You could
do citrus. You know it's all about keeping everything really healthy. Milk shakes, you
know I'll stay a little bit away from those because they're not as healthy for the body.
Alright, we add in a little bit of ice. Again, water is great. You can always use water.
It's a great lubricant, not a lot of calories. Just put it in our little blender a couple
of minutes because you probably don't have a lot of time. And here we go a great healthy
alternative. A little bit chunky, you probably won't be swallowing that down but that's okay.
