Hey everybody, It's Jeremy Martin your All-Pro Home Inspector. Again here we are in a garage
with a gas hot water heater. And what I wanna show you today is see the little flame right there
that's a pilot light and sitting right below it is a 5 gallons of aggregate sealer which
is flammable. As you can see there's just a few inches of clearance from this 5 gallon bucket
to that open flame. Please do not store any of your flammable liquids in your garage near
your gas hot water heater. It can be a danger, a hazard as the vapors from this sealer or
gas or any flammable liquids and caught up in here the burn chamber with this pilot and
can cause some serious hazards, fire and explosion. So please remember do not store
any flammable liquids near or around or under your gas hot water heater in your garage or
wherever it may be. Just another tip from Jereny Martin you All-Pro Home Inspector.
Take care!
