Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Now let's
start stuffing some sausage we'll take our mixture here were going to fill up our food
tray our feed tray,
now that we have some our mixture in the feed tray we're going to turn it on and start stuffing.
(stuffing sausage) When I get to this point where I see that the stuffing is starting
to come out of the tube that's when I'm going to tie this end. (stuffing sausage)
