Welcome to Rabzy's Food Magic. Orange cake pops. You need to taste these. Today I will be making absolutely simple amateur cake pops and I know you all
will love how they taste. Perfect for people who are making these for the first time. You will need 24 orange cup cakes.
Orange cream cheese frosting about 3 cups. Link to these recipes are in the description box.
Crumb your cake in a food processor or by hand.
Add in frosting gradually and mix. Frosting is used for binding.
Be careful just add enough frosting that you can make balls.
I am making XL size cake pops so I am making a ball with 2 Tbsps. of cake mixture.
Pop them into the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Melt some chocolate or chocolate melts.
Dip the thicker side of the stick in the chocolate then insert it into the cake ball half way through.
This will kind of seal the ball onto the stick. Then refrigerate this for 20 minutes.
Cake pop sticks are not available easily around the world so you can use the plastic sticks
I have used or wooden sticks which are easily available everywhere.
Melt chocolate melts on a double boiler.
Dip exactly the way I am doing it.
You can cover this with coconut,
walnuts,
almonds or colored sugar and sprinklers.
If you do not have enough chocolate than just dip in half.
Anyone can make these, just try them out.
