Accessorizing your outfit is going to be very important, not only for the look that it gives
you and the completion of the total look but also, in talking about shoes, the comfort
aspect of it. I have many customers that say "well I'm going to wear two inch heels, for
the wedding but then I'm going to put on flats, for the reception," and just remember if you
have a two inch heel on at one point and then go to flats, your dress is going to be two
inches, too long so keep that in mind. When you're selecting shoes, this really makes
good sense, to select a good comfortable shoe. In selecting shoes, get something that fits
well in your foot and has good padding. If you're going to wear a nylon a closed toe
is always good, if you're not going to wear nylon, with an open toe, just remember you're
going to be dancing and you don't want anybody to step on your toes. There are a lot of different
shoes, of course, out there. Try to keep in mind, the surface you're going to be on. Will
you be just on carpet or will you be outside on grass or will you be on concrete? So you'll
need to have a shoe that works really well on any kind of surface.
