Pesara pappu nimmakaya sambar preparation
ingrediants- psarapappu(moongdaal)-1cup clove-4, jeera-1/2 table spoon,lemon-1,
greenchilly-2, salt for taste, turmeric- 1/2 table spoon,curry leaves, coriander, ghee-1table spoon, hing-pinch.
preparation:keep aside the cooked and softened pesarapappu.
Add ghee to the heated pan.
add cloves, jeera, greenchilli, curry leaves, hing and turmeric.
add the pesarapappu kept aside.
add salt as per requirement. add lemon juice.
add coriander and mix them. cook for 2 minutes and your sambar is ready
