How to start. It’s a large book, there are many benchmarks and descriptors, so how do
you start? At the back of our book , at Appendix One you will find a start point check sheet.
As suggested, either meeting individually first, the key stakeholders that is, meeting
together to decide which dimension that you are going to self review. In this instance
if you decided on leadership you would work through the leadership section and decide,
and it’s just a gut feeling really at the moment, as to what you’ve yet to start,
where you are in progress, or where you think you are performing well. From this, you can
then decide to look at an area, perhaps where you are yet to start or maybe it’s something
in progress you want to develop further. You will then decide the one key thing that you
want to start on. For information and where you can go for help
