If we start to see significant changes in patterns over time, that people are sort of not getting out and about anymore, there are early warning signs.

that that would have very sustained benefits over a much longer period of time.

We live together and we have relationships and we link with each other.
And that sense of community is vital, and if we can harness that, and use the energies that are there in community, there's an awful lot that can be done.
