If you want to pursue your science goals, then I think that you should take advantage of all the resources that your University gives you.
If you have the same background as I do, then join the EOP program where they help you to get tutoring and to be able to help you financially or to show you ways
to be able to be financially stable, I guess, for college. And also talk to your counselor, and make friends with upperclassmen who are going into a similar field
as you so that you should ask them what classes do you think I should take so I won't waste my time in college and I could be able to get my work done?
That's what I did. I just talked to random upperclassmen and just said "What classes do you think I should take?" "What Math Class do you think I should take?"
Then they told me, oh this class or that class, and if you're not interested and if you don't like history, make sure you don't take this class. So they just showed me steps
so that I could be successful in college as well as not wasting my time and doing what I actually enjoy doing. So that's what I think you guys should do.
