here's another thing I wanna let you know about we had a a handful of the
emails and voicemails come in over the last month saying
I don't know there was an insult or compliment but that my voice put people
to sleep
and I should really be doing sleep meditation video so as a group we
actually did one

scan your body beginning at the top of your head and moving downward
turn your attention to your head observe
moving your attention downward to the level up your
I is knows or
chin all down to your shoulders
noticing each area observing how your body feels
keep scanning gradually moving down your body
law how does your upper body feel all take note have any areas of tension
okay so seriously if you're one of those people who said I should be doing this
check it out and give me feedback maybe this is a new thing Lewis if the David
Pakman show
and meditation videos I think it's hilarious there was actually a lot of
fun to record
I it's pretty funny it's also pretty creepy though
II don't know David I think this could get people some people nightmares I
could have the opposite effect
