Once you have decided on the dog, that you want to adopt, make sure before leaving the
shelter, that you have a record of all of the shots, and what all, and all medical records
on that dog. If you don't have a veterinarian, ask a friend. Call your friends or family,
find out who's a, who they consider to be a really great vet and do take your dog in
immediately, just so that, the vet will, can start records or start a medical history on
your dog. And if he does, if it does need worming or some other, or another shot, it
will be on the records. Remember to go to your veterinarian, so your dog can get the,
your veterinarian can get all of the dogs medical history and also start it on its heartworm
treatment plan. And your dog may also require flea and tick medication. So get your dog
to the vet and get that relationship started and your dog should live a happy, happy life.
