>>Jen: I think not having as much stress. And realizing that you worked three jobs in
the same time at the law firm where you just were working eight hours, after eight hours,
after eight hours without sleeping and going into an environment that is not all legal
counsel. That you work with different business people who have different interests and the
expectations are different. I think I was very intense after leaving Proskauer Rose.
It was a good intensity and I learned a lot from it and I can`t imagine being able to
be the same type of lawyer I am today without that type of training. But going into in house
taught you what was really important and what your role was and also that you could have
a job and also do other things.
