When stitching with vinyl or some of the plasticky type fabrics that are out there, if you just
going to sew with a regular presser foot what’s going to happen is it’s going to drag, if
the stitches aren’t even it will go forward and then stitch it all on the same place.
That’s because the metal foot just is not suited for that. Remember, you’ve got foot
H. It is the white foot with the non-stick base on it. Just switch over to that. Also
two if you pick from the sewing advisor G which is leather and vinyl it would have told
you to put this particular foot on.
When you stitch it’s just going to glide right across that you can do any decorative
stitches that you want. It has no resistance whatsoever. It’s nice even stitches all
the way across your project, super simple. Remember, in your accessory you also had those
little … look like little stickers back here, they have the non-stick side and you
could put that on to one of your specialty feet. If you have for couching or for a zipper
foot you could actually put that on underneath here so that the metal would not actually
stick and you could sew zippers in to something that would be like a waterproofed type fabric.
How awesome would that be?
