I play with LEGO pretty much my whole life
What I do with LEGO is something you wouldn't expect (no buttsex)
I was 13 and I got a loptap, it seemed awesome to me
And then I see a stop-motion animation on the internet by some dude from the UK
I find it amazing how you can move a existing object like that.
Instantly I'm fascinated by it
I inmeadiatly grab my dad's photo camera and some LEGO dragon
And I start moving the LEGO dragon to make an animation
Stop-motion is basicly where you take a frame of your setting and you move the LEGO guy and then you take another frame
And you do this for about...
15 times and then you have a second of film
And that goes on for hours and hours
And adventually you could have a minute of film
I have set up my shot and I grab my LEGO guy and I'm gonna make him take a step.
I put him down
And I take a frame
And I move him a bit more
(10 seconds cut out) and I move the guy again
And I take another picture and the LEGO guy has taken a step And I have half a second of film
You can do pretty much anything you want with it
If I wanna make a western or a horror film, I can do it pretty easily
A big graveyard, I can build this in like 5 min. I don't need to...
Buy a whole land for it
And actors, I can just ask some guys over the internet to do a voice for me
I don't need to worried about people not showing on set and take my time filming
And I pretty much can controle everything
I like to fantasise away in the world I create in my mind
It's also the reason why I like to watch movies
If you're tired of this world you can enter the one the film creates
I would love to have a job in television or something
And inbetween I could make my own films and goe INDIE filmmaking
And I'll try to make a film to impress people and maybe...
I think it's every director's dream to go and make a film for a mayor studio
That is like the big dream you know
Of every director
WHAT THE HELL??? "THE END" COMES OUT OF MY MOUTH?
