"Now this is the right time for Korea to lead by example"
United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
is in The Republic of Korea for the G20 summit.
He attended a high level meeting on the Millennium Development Goals,
saying that greater political will is needed
from world leaders in order to achieve them.
Though time is limited, he says, it can be done.
He urged Korea to be more active in overseas development assistance.
