On an area of 3,000 square metres we have
a stock of over 8,000 different items.
The spare parts department in Neu-Ulm offers, in addition to a comprehensive
stationary service with despatch services, an exclusive on-site delivery service.
These so-called Service-Mobiles are a service provision
which makes the Kögel support so unique.
The added value for the Kögel customers
means that this service enjoys ever greater popularity.
Around 40 of his colleagues in the Service Center provide him with rapid and uncomplicated assistance.
We went on a trip for you
in one of our Service-Mobiles as it went around.
To start with we need to load up the Service-Mobile, of course.
The customer's orders were waiting for us in the stores.
Orders go for despatch on the same day as they are received,
by parcel post, courier or overnight express service, as required,
or via our growing fleet of Service-Mobiles, of course.
The associated delivery notes are issued in the stores office.
Two mobiles are supplied directly from the central spare parts stores.
The other vehicles that are located within Federal Germany have
intermediate stores which are supplied with goods once a week.
Once we have dealt with the paperwork we can set off to the customer.
Today, one of the calls for the Service-Mobile is the forwarding company Ansorge in Biessenhofen
in the Allgäu.
After about two hours and two visits to other customers,
the Service-Mobile has travelled a distance of 114 kilometres.

longstanding customer who prefers having spare parts delivered
directly from the stores at Kögel.
They also appreciate the uncomplicated communication with the
mobile spare parts sales staff.
'On demand' and 'just in time' are important criteria here,
that make the Service-Mobile so reliable.
In a brief conversation we discuss outstanding items, questions and
any additional requirements with the customer.

In the Service-Mobile we have, alongside the previously ordered parts,
a selection of the most common small to medium-size parts
in the range of items on offer by Kögel.
If necessary we can therefore sell stock items direct
on-site from the Service-Mobile.
