Hey, it's Sulig again! Welcome back in my DiRT 3 Walkthrough.
This is the second part and we'll be racing in Brembo Blast competition.
And a little reminder: this is the hardest difficulty.
I recommend to watch part 1 to avoid beefs, that I'm a cheater, faker and *** like that.
Next type of race is Landrush. Listen to the man.
OK, Landrush is a bit like Rally Cross, only bigger and more agressive.
And you'll be driving only trucks or buggies.
I must admit, that comparing to Rally, Landrush or Rally Cross are too easy.
I spend a lot of time on Rally, but I finish circuit races in few tries.
Of course I'll choose car with the highest REP.
I tell ya somethin'. Dynamic racing line is a piece of ***.
On this difficulty you can't win the race when sticking to the line.
And that's true. You can check it by yourself.
Now listen up:
Some races or bonus objectives require more than just racing.
You will have to cut tracks.
Game makers know, that you will cut tracks anyway,
so if you have to lead by 1 second, it's 100% sure there will be some places to cut.
Just like in this one. You wouldn't win by sticking to the line or perfect racing.
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe you could, but I can't, so that's my opinion.
***!!!
Holy ***! What a nice finish.
But I still lead over a second.
Hope didn't scared ya.
Well... that was my intention ;P
Please, forgive me...
OK, next type of racing is Drift Showcase. Listen to the man again.
Race down the short track, turn around at the marker and come back again,
drifting as much as you can as you go.
There's no multipliers like in Need for Speed, so it makes game easier.
Oh, one more interesting thing:
Medals have the same requierment of points. No matter if you play on the hardest
or easiest difficulty. And that sucks...
And You know what else sucks? Game makers really *** up.
Look at this bonus objective: jump a total distance of 100 meters.
What's so hard? Well... nothing. But how can I jump, when there's no place to do that?
They allocate bonus objectives to the tracks. I'll lose some REP points because of that.
Of course you can quit the race and play again.
Objectives are random, so there's a chance you'll get different one,
but *** it. I'll play.
I would complete this objective with no problem, if I could race in opposite direction.
There are races with reversed direction and this objective would be great for it.
There will be more *** up objectives, so don't worry :)
That's all. Thanks for watching my DiRT 3 Walkthrough.
Look forward for the next part. Sulig's out.
PEACE!
