The following film deals with very controversial subjects in Romania.
It exposes certain discoveries and theories that cannot be proven today,
but peels off the veils of unknown and neglected cultures.
Its objective is neither to affirm nor convince but to suggest and propose other theories than those currently taught.

The Other Land of the Gods - The mysteries of Romania
English version narrated by : Jonnie Hurn
[Daniel Roxin - Director: The Hidden History of the Thracians] Deceneu was an initiate who travelled to Egypt
where he received instruction from priests
who knew the secrets of the pyramids.
2,100 years ago, Deceneu taught the Dacians science,
physics, medicine, astronomy, astrology and many other things.
In Sarmizegutsa we find presence of the Golden Ratio
in almost all of the buildings we can see:
the comprehension of the universe.
[Deimian - Writer and Director] This form of ancient Greek has allowed the translation of a few words on some of the tablets.
We think that they will shine a light on the chronicles of Decebalus,
the last Dacian King, and also will mention the city of Sarmisegetuza.
Furthermore some symbols discovered there show similarities to Arabic,
and certain Historians and Archaeologists equally liken characters shown
to resemble Persian Kings and Armenians.
However, they are not the only ones that show three different types of writing.
The Rosetta Stone proves the fact allowing for the translation of the Egyptian Hieroglyphics.
Ultimately certain researchers affirm that if they were authentic they would not have been melted
because they would have been too historically important.
King Carol was immensely rich and would not have needed the gold from the tablets.
A Romanian researcher Dan Romalo
succeeded in gaining access to the Institute of Archaeology
and photographed 200 of the tablets.
Then, a few years ago when I went to the Institute of Archaeological in Bucharest
I found only 34 of them.
Therefore hundreds of tablets have disappeared without trace
and of which no-one can account for as they were never registered.
It can be considered that as far as the State is concerned they never even existed.
Logically speaking: Someone who wanted to create an historical confusion
would not have needed to create such a large number of tablets.
It would have sufficed to make only five or so to provoke such confusion.
When we are talking about the population of the Thracians,
who officially have been, and continue to be, represented as barbarians and primitives,
we are in fact discovering an exceptional culture who greatly influenced the culture of the ancient Greeks.
In reality, when we talk about Orpheus, Dionysus, Apollo, Artemis,
and other divinities or Greek traditions
it must be noted that they were borrowed from the Thracians by the Greeks.
Homer clearly said in reference to the Getae, one of the Thracians people:
“Travel to the Getae; Not to give them lessons but to learn.
In the Getae land, the fields have no limits,
all the lands are communal and as for the people they are the most erudite,
said Homer” End of quotation.
The Dacians eventually lost out to Rome
but of all the peoples of Europe it was rare to have resisted invasion so ferociously
It was not by accident that their symbol was the wolf...
it truly illustrates their spirit of revolt.
And yet, speaking of revolt,
when we know that their Kingdom extended until Phrygia
which is nowadays a part of Turkey
we can make the comparison with the purple bonnets
that they wore called « Phrygian Caps »
with those worn by the French Revolutionaries in 1789,
and subsequently have been taken up by other revolutionaries around the world.
It is a very strong symbol yet it is true that most of us are ignorant of its origins.
If we go further, the most explicit detail of this recognition
would be the strong symbol of the bronze sculpture of the Capitoline Wolf breastfeeding Romulus and Remus,
the Capitoline mother, the symbol of the Dacian country,
and the two babies that symbolise Rome.
Yet when we see that the poetic legend of a wolf breastfeeding two children
is accepted and officially renowned
we must pose the question, which is the most logical and rational:
namely it being just an image of a wolf nourishing and raising two children,
or the symbolic version which seems to show that the Dacian culture
could have “nourished”...
that is to say “influenced” the Roman Empire?
If it is assumed that they were bracelets for the wrist and not for the arm
we note that they are unusually large
and that they do not correspond to the diameters of an ordinary human wrist.
It could be believed that they were worn on the arm
but even so it would be far too wide.
Therefore if it is known that they were worn on the arm
then the wearer must have been very tall...
It can be deduced that they would easily have measured more than 2 meters (39 inches) tall...
if not more.
One episode of the history of Romania in the Thracian territory
mentions the existence of a shepherd who became Emperor,
known as Maximinus Thrax.
He measured more than 2 meters 50 cm (8ft 3”).
If this Emperor had really been this size
we can imagine that other soldiers were also as big as him, and maybe some
could have existed that were even taller still...
It would explain the unusual size of certain items of jewellery that have been found.
[Michel Deseille - Historian and Speaker] The legends, the ancient chronicles, speak of the first civilisation
that existed known as the Hyperborea,
and that the Hyperborea was situated by the poles.
And the Hyperborean people, if they existed in the proper sense,
descended southwards, and descended to several places.
They had several branches:
one branch went to the Caucasus and the new capitol of the Hyperborea was called Asgard
and is situated in the Caucasus,
another headed towards Tibet
and a third went to the Archipelagos in what is now the Gulf of Mexico,
which gave birth to Atlantis.
“The rest of the body is there…
it’s a human skull..."
