we're going to go over how to change the
thickness of your brush when you draw. First you need to make sure you are on
the pencil tool.
Then you need to pick a brush.
There are a variety to choose from and it may be worth taking some time to
explore.
Click on the brush down arrow then you will see
all the different brushes. I usually pick the very first brush
It seems to work well for me but you can pick any brush that you want.
When you first start drawing you're going to see
that the line is fairly thin. If you would like to change the thickness of
your brush you have a few options here
under size. If you need
the thickness to be larger than these choices you will need to hold
your control key and your plus key
on your keyboard at the same time. You will find your control
key on the bottom row
and your plus sign on your number pad.
You'll notice as you hold those keys down
your brush point will get bigger so that when you draw with it
you have a thicker line. To make the thickness of your brush smaller you do the opposite,
you hold the control key and your minus key.
Take some time to explore the different brush options
and the brush thicknesses before you start your project.
