On behalf of Expert Village my name is Angel Perez with the Champion Martial Arts in Miami,
Florida and we would be teaching judo for kids. Okay next we are going to demonstrate
the sit up everybody knows the sit up. It is very important in any sport that you do
especially in judo because we need a very strong mid section, strong stomachs, okay
everybody down on your back. Are we ready? 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. It is very important
when we are doing sit up to keep our feet on the ground we do not lift or feet and we
sit all the way up. Otherwise it is not a sit up it would be a crunch.
