Here we are in Les Houches 6 km near Chamonix. We are going to the mountain Mont Blanc.
We're at about 1000m npm, and we are reaching the cable car,
that will get us out at 1800m npm, this is the gondola.
After about ten minutes, we are already at 1800m npm,
we're going to the station to board in the train, that will get us out of some 600 meters more.
From here, we already have a look at the rock below refuge du Gouter.
We arrived by train just up to this station, because of the renovations of stripes.
We'll have to climb a bit more, from here to Tete Rousse we have 1000 meters ascent.
A lot of mountaineers today are going to the top.
Here we are on the path to Tete Rousse, which is secured with chains around here, excellent road without steep slopes.
From here, a nice view to a Chamonix.
Over there, on the right above, shows Aiguille du Midi.
Here is another example of how the track can be secured. Here we have sidewalks and metal handrail, steel balustrade.
These are the scales ...
Here is the chamois, next to the track. Up here they don't have a fear of man.
She is also not afraid of heights.
We are now at the height of the Tete Rousse refuge. A little more than 3100 npm.
Our plan is to immediately move on to the refuge du Gouter. This is technically the most difficult part of the ascent to the Mont Blanc.
Now we have mastered the 1000 meters of ascent, and with that 600 meters more, then to deserved rest. There is a Tete Rousse refuge at 3165m npm.
Now we're going to 3817 m npm. We will be reporting from the couloir.
We're coming up to the Grand couloir, which will first be runing by my friend Srdjan.
And its my turn to go ...
"Very well, guys, it went well"
Here's another view of the Grand couloir. We are now at a quarter of du Gouter rock, its crowdy today.
From here, we have a nice view of the glacier de Bionnassay.
Here we have steel cables as insurance.
Grand couloir is active again, big rocks are faling.
"Dude rocks are bouncing 20 meters!"
Now, there are two direction of climbing.
It's beautiful weather.
After a day of climbing 1650 meters with full equipment, we finally came to refuge du Gouter 3817m npm...
...where we will rest.
"Congratulations guys, great climb, and here is crowdy as always ..."
Let's go over there.
Here, when you go up from the refuge, you can see another part of the mountain.
You can see Aiguille du Midi, and down is the Chamonix.
We are going to rest there in this group of tents and early in the morning we will go towards the top by that zig zag path.
We're tired from yesterday, we'll see if that's going to reflect on today's climb, we hope it will not.
Now its 6 o'clock in the morning, we are after two hours of climbing out on the ridge. It is already dawn.
Now we can see the top, we see the shelter Vallot, where we had planned a short break to refresh.
A beautiful sight! Mont Blanc decorated with flashlights. This dawn is promising a beautiful day.
Great track, here we climbed down a little, then go to Vallot by steep path, and then more steeply to the top.
Shelter Vallot at 4362m npm, now we climbed a little more than half of today`s route.
Let's see how it looks like inside the Vallot shelter.
Here is the sun.
Here is quite messy.
After Vallot we have another 450 meters of climbing. A lot of people are coming down.
Nicely...
...here the raven is pacing
We're getting closer, still to climb the part known as the Geneva knife or Gillette, then up some more serpentine to the top.
Weather is beautiful, many of the surrounding peaks are already clearly visible.
And here is the Geneva knife.
We're getting closer.
That's it! We are at a top of Mont Blanc, 4810m npm. Highest peak of the Alps and Western Europe.
Here at a top, there is a lot space.
After a 6 hours of climbing from refuge du Gouter, we are: Rados Milosevic, Mountaineering Club "Volujak" Gacko, Srdjan Milivojevic, Mountaineering Club "Vucji zub" Trebinje
and myself Igor Škero also "Vucji zub" from Trebinje.
After two days we came to the top of Mont Blanc, we climb about 2650 meters of ascent. Its not easy at all, quite a heavy track.
Especially since this is our first time at this hight.
Beautiful view of Chamonix.
From here, you can see all famous peaks of the Alps.
Here is another video from me, and now I got a private message.
I dedicate this video to all of you, but esspecialy my brother`s son.
"Dear Kole, I love you and I hope that one day we will be together here, to share this beautiful view."
Best regards and let us be in a good health - "da smo zdravo".
