Hello fun people! So, I'm Caitlin and I'm here to talk to you about bipolar disorder.
So so if you are watching this you have probably recently been diagnosed or in the past have
been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. So like all you guys probably, I'm being treated for
bipolar disorder so you know that's always fun, but I just want to tell you guys like
you've gotta take it everyday like little by little. Some days are gonna be amazing;
some days are just gonna be bad like you're gonna be like whhhhhhhhhy, but I mean you
gotta you gotta get through all the bad days to get to the really good days you know. So
I mean you just gotta role with it you know. You gotta take it for what it is you know,
So, that's pretty much all I had to say and then another thing is I want to talk about
the whole stigma thing. How lots of people stigmatize people with bipolar like you're
just blahbthblesthlaaaa you know, stuff and I'm like na na no. I mean like some people
people think that like people with bipolar are like different and they need to and they
like don't fit in at all. And like there's so many people in my school that like I got,
I became friends with and then figured out that they had some kind of mental problem
and I'm like AAAH mental health buddies woooo! So but yeah I mean its it's a completely I
don't want to say normal thing , but its a lot more common than you think, and like there
is lots of people out there that will understand. Like don't think that you're alone in this
at all. there's always going to be somebody out there you know like like on the, especially
on the website to write love in her arms you know. On her arms woo. Sorry. Ok I'm going
overtime. Byyyyyyye! Have fun! Stay strong!!!
