Bonet in the glass Ingredients for 4 people 2 egg whites 1 egg yolk 3 grams mint 17 grams stevia 12.5 grams cocoa 12.5 grams dark chocolate 250 ml skimmed milk 50 ml water
We are here for the last phase of preparation of our menu, the dessert.
A dessert that will meet our lower levels of sugar, fat and saturated fat.
This one is the bonnet in the glass and now we'll begin to prepare it.
Let's start with our preparation by boiling milk with cocoa
Now Andrea is giving us a hand to make mix cocoa with milk.
Now we finely chop the mint for the preparation of the bonet.
We are going to beat the eggs with stevia and mint.
Once the milk is brought to a boil we're adding the mixture.
Now we're adding the chocolate and we let it melt in hot milk.
We combine the mixture...
Now it is ready to be put in the oven
First we're going to pour the mixture in the glasses.
Okay, now we bring them in the oven
Now I'm going to bake the bonnet for a quarter of an hour at 85 degrees, steaming.
Our bonet are ready, now we pull them out of the oven.
As you can see they thickened
Now we're going to put them on the serving dish as we finish the preparation
Let's Serve the bonnet, just drying them with a towel
Then we will make a decoration with icing sugar and cocoa
And we're going to place them on our serving dish.
We add some mint sprout...
As you can see even using stevia instead of sugar we managed to get the desired consistency for our dessert
And here, our bonnet are ready.
We arrived at the completion of the menu, this is the dessert, we also reached the end of my internship, I greet the chef Andrea, Paolo from Gavinell and my tutor prof. Bontempo
Goodbye and thank you to all the opportunity
